Tom Ford “Lock” Flat Fold-Over Convertible Clutch

I tend to like bigger handbags because a smaller bag can never fit all my junk in it. I put everything you can imagine in my purse. Makeup, wallets, phone charger, iPad Mini, flats and much more. Im constantly on the go so I have to make sure that whatever bag I purchase has to be able to fit all my essentials in it. I normally only carry satchels and on occasion shoulder bags. When I saw the Tom Ford Lock Flat Fold-Over Convertible Clutch, I laughed. It is by far one of the most unique shaped shoulder bags I have ever seen! If I owned it I would probably use it folded over a majority of the time but using it as a shoulder bag definitely makes a statement! It literally looks like a big makeup pouch with a hole in it. Its definitely the most oddly stunning piece Ive seen in a while and I have to say Im a fan of it.

This bag is edgy, fierce and just plain cool.

Etam Q4 sales up 1.2 percent

In the fourth quarter of 2012, the Etam group posted sales of 331 million euros (442.15 million dollars), including a positive currency impact of 6.5 million euros (8.68 million dollars), mainly related to the appreciation of the yuan against the euro. Sales were up 1.2 percent compared with the fourth quarter of 2011. Like-for-like and at constant exchange rates, sales were stable.

Over the year, Etam generated sales of 1,216.9 million euros (1625.54 million dollars), including a positive currency impact of 40.3 million euros (53.83 million dollars), mainly related to the appreciation of the yuan against the euro. Sales were up 2.8 percent compared with 2011. Like-for-like and at constant exchange rates, sales were down 3.4 percent.

The fourth quarter of 2012 in Europe, sales came to 208.5 million euros (278.51 million dollars), up 4.2 percent or 5.8 percent on a like-for-like basis and at constant exchange rates. Full Article…
